Instruction for Preparing Abstract of ISIJ-Meeting

·	One A4 sized sheet (including text, tables and figures). →Discussion Sessions, International Organized Session: Maximum four A4 sized sheets
·	Purposes, results and conclusions should be described clearly.
·	Trade names and jargons should not be used.

Instruction for On-line Submission of Abstract

File Format :

(1)	PDF is the only format that we can accept.
(2)	Compress your document when you transform your abstract to PDF format by using page setting of PDF writer.

File Size : Recommendable size is smaller than 2MB.

File name : File name should be your receipt number. Ex. Receipt No.015 → File name: 015.pdf

Revision : Once you submit the abstract, it cannot be revised.

Procedure of Sending Abstract by E-mail :

(1)	Send E-mail with your abstract (PDF format) attached to abstract@isij.or.jp.
(2)	Set the sending format base64 or uuencode. (BinHex is not acceptable)
(3)	Write your receipt number at subject of E-mail and write your membership ID number, name, receipt number, title of abstract, affiliation and fax number in the message column.
(4)	Check the data again before sending.
